The Utility of Cyclooxygenase-1 PET Imaging as a Novel Neuroinflammatory Biomarker for Alzheimer’s Disease

We assess the ability of [11C]PS13, a novel PET radioligand for cyclooxygenase-1, to detect different levels of neuroinflammation at various stages of Alzheimer’s disease, and investigate the associations with other imaging and plasma biomarkers.
